PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic assembling device capable of efficiently assembling parts with a comparatively simple constitution and provided with an imaging means. SOLUTION: This automatic assembling device is provided with a moving head 1 at least biaxially controlled, a parts holding means 3 mounted on the moving head 1, and the imaging means 4 mounted on the moving head 1. The imaging means 4 has an optical axis 4a non-parallel to a control axis of at least a biaxial control to include assembling parts W1 arranged at a parts supply station S1, an assembling part W1 held by the parts holding means 3, and parts W2 to be assembled which are arranged at an assembling station S2 in an imaging visual field.
