<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp socket and a luminaire, capable of surely holding a lamp only by inserting lamp pins. <P>SOLUTION: When installing a plane spiral fluorescent lamp 20 in the lamp socket 10, since a pair of lamp pins 21 projecting from a pair of bases 23 arranged in both end parts of a light emitting tube 22 of the plane spiral fluorescent lamp 20 are inserted into a lamp pin insertion groove 13 of the lamp socket 10 and can be held only by pushing the pair of lamp pins 21 in a pair of conductive plates 14 arranged inside the lamp pin insertion groove 13, the plane spiral fluorescent lamp 20 can be easily installed in the lamp socket 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
