摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion liquid containing oxide conductive material particles having excellent conductivity even with a low indium content, and to provide a conductive paint, a conductive film and a laminate. SOLUTION: This is the dispersion liquid in which the oxide conductive material particles are dispersed in solvent, containing an oxide of corundum structure where In, Sn and Zn exist in metal site. Composition ratios except oxygen in the oxide conductive material particles are in ranges of 20 mol%≤In≤70 mol%, 5 mol%≤Sn≤60 mol%, and 5 mol%≤Zn≤60 mol%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
