WELDED STRUCTURE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND WIRED BODY WITH ELECTRONIC COMPONENT HAVING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded structure wherein the occurrence of explosive flyoff can be suppressed and the stable welding strength can be obtained.

SOLUTION: In this welded structure 10, an electronic component terminal 19 is laser-welded to a conductor 13 exposed from an opening 16 formed in an insulating layer 14a provided on one side in the wired body 11 wherein an insulating layer 14 is integrally provided on each of both sides of the conductor 13. In the wired body 11, an explosive flyoff preventing means 17 for preventing the explosive flyoff because of the laser welding is provided in an insulating layer 14b on the other side.
