A probe card is to minimize the damage of the flexible substrate by connecting the flexible substrate and main substrate by using a socket part. The probe substrate comprises a probe(110), a first guide, a second guide, a first bar, a flexible substrate(160) and main substrate(170). The flexible substrate is connected to the probe and delivers the electric signal. The flexible substrate is connected to the main substrate and delivers the electric signal. The flexible substrate is connected to main substrate by a socket part(172). The socket part is installed on the main substrate.
