A fuel measuring apparatus of a vehicle is provided to measure the amount of the fuel remaining in a fuel tank accurately in case a vehicle travels on an inclined road or a rough road as the fuel level is not rapidly changed in a fuel inflow member. A fuel measuring apparatus(100) of a vehicle comprises: a fuel inflow member(120) in which the height of the flowed fuel changes according to the fuel amount stored in a fuel tank(110); and an oil level height measurement part(130) measuring the height of the fuel flowed in the fuel inflow member. The fuel inflow member is a tubular shape in which both ends are opened. One end of the fuel inflow member is installed in order to be sunk under the fuel stored in the fuel tank. The fuel is flowed inside the fuel inflow member. The fuel inflow member is installed at the center of the fuel tank. The oil level measurement part comprises: a floating member(132) ascending and descending according to the change of height of the oil level; and a variable resistance(131) in which resistance value changes according to the ascent and the descent of the floating member.
