<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor of the work of boiling ramen soup materials for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: As the boiling apparatus for boiling the ramen soup materials such as pork bones, chicken bones, and vegetables, supplied into a material housing pot (P) together with water, the selection of steps to be used among at least four kinds of a temperature specified operation step, a temperature gradient specified operation step, a manual work step and a time specified operation step registered beforehand in a sequencer (112), the operation order and setting values such as the heating output of an electromagnetic induction heater (H), a heating temperature adjustment temperature, the required time and an agitation speed to be operation data in the respective steps are inputted by the touch operation of an operation panel (113) for an automatic operation, the sequencer (112) automatically controls the work of boiling the ramen soup materials as a recipe desired by a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
