<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever structure for reducing a gripping force to hold an operation lever to an operating position, and for increasing the operability of an operation lever. <P>SOLUTION: An operation lever structure 20 wherein an operation lever 32 is pulled toward a left handle 16 side to cause a link 33 to swing-move to thereby operate an operation cable 36. The operation lever structure 20 is configured so that each of inside and outside rollers 34 are provided at an opposite end of the link 33. Inside and outside guide holes 56 and 57 for movably supporting the inside and outside rollers 34 are formed in each of a pair of inside and outside sidewalls 51 and 52.
