A method for making a mousse includes making the mousse by means of boiling milk, grated chocolate, semolina, powdered sugar and butter, cooling and, while whipping, introducing the biologically active additive "Yodoselen" (Iodine selenium) preliminary mixed with vanilla powder into the obtained mass, pouring the ready mousse into moulds and cooling in the course of 6 hours. |
