The device (1) has a thrust washer (5) supporting axial forces, arranged between two elements (2, 3) under formation of two sliding pairs (12, 13) and functioning as an axial sliding bearing washer. One of the sliding pairs has a higher coefficient of friction than other sliding pair. Each sliding pair has a coating in a region of front side provided as contact areas (8-11). The coating is formed from lacquer, alloy, plastic or sealing material such as nitrile butadiene rubber, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, aluminum composite material and fluoroplastic packing material. An independent claim is also included for a planetary gear comprising a planet pinion cage.
