PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation fitting so formed that the heat insulation line of a vertical frame is invisible and the airtightness-watertightness of the heat insulation line portion is not impaired. SOLUTION: The vertical frame 13 of a fitting frame 1 is made of a heat insulation structural angle formed by connecting an outdoor member 50 to an indoor member 60 with a heat insulation member 70. The surface 51 of the outdoor member 50 opposed to an external wall and the surface 63 of the indoor member 60 opposed to the external wall are generally flush with each other through the heat insulation line. The heat insulation line is made invisible by so positioning the line as to be opposed to the external wall 17 of a building. An upper lateral airtight-watertight member 26 installed on the upper frame 12 of the fitting frame 1 is arranged continuously with a vertical airtight-watertight member 57 beyond the heat insulation line of the vertical frame 13. A spacer part 73 is attached to a recessed part 71 formed by the outdoor member 50, indoor member 60, and heat insulation member 70 at the heat insulation line to prevent the airtightness-watertightness of the heat insulation line portion from being impaired by bringing the upper lateral airtight-watertight member 26 into contact with the spacer part 73.
