<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform normality confirmation and the radio characteristic test of a radio communication system. <P>SOLUTION: Switches RF-SW 220, 221 perform switching of the paths of a signal to be transmitted and received to/from a terminal function unit 122 provided to a base station 100. Switches RF-SW 222-224 connect the terminal function unit 122 to desired wireless analog units 210-212. A test function control unit 217 controls switching of the switches RF-SW 220-224 in accordance with information designated by a maintenance device (OMC). In accordance with received test class information, a base station control unit 216 controls one or more tests of (1) antenna failure test for determining a voltage standing wave ratio on the basis of transmission power of the terminal function unit 122, (2) receiver failure test for determining reception sensitivity on the basis of the transmission power of the terminal function unit 122 after adjusting a packet error rate, and (3) transmitter failure test for determining transmission power from the wireless analog units 210-212 on the basis of the reception power value of the terminal function unit 122. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
