PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head whose discharge characteristics are stabilized by reducing the variation of the flow path diameter of a liquid body. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharge head 10 includes: an actuator unit 13 provided with a pressure chamber 60 and a pressure generating element 56; a supply port forming substrate 32 in which a first communication hole 38c and a second communication hole 36c which communicate with the pressure chamber 60 are formed; a liquid chamber forming substrate 34 provided with a liquid chamber 33 and a third communication hole 36d; and a flow path unit 14 provided with a nozzle forming substrate 17 provided with a nozzle opening 16. In the liquid discharge head 10, the actuator unit 13 and the flow path unit 14 are bonded and formed, a second communication hole row 44 is formed in the supply port forming substrate 32 being a bonding surface and at least one of recessed portions 40 and 42 which are opened on the side of the actuator unit 13 and have a length equal to or greater than that of the second communication hole row 44 is provided in parallel.
