PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring amount of insulated heat which enables higher accuracy level of heat insulation. SOLUTION: The device for measuring the amount of insulated heat mainly comprises a thermostat 1 for keeping a sample 10 to be measured, heaters 2a-2b, a pipe 3, thermocouples 4a-4b, and a fan 5. The measuring device controls the temperature by double control of a first temperature control for canceling the difference between the temperature of the sample 10, detected by the thermocouple 4a and that inside the thermostat 1, and a second temperature control such as to cancel the difference between the temperature inside the thermostat 1 detected by the thermostat 4b and that of a circulation liquid.
