A schedule managing method and a communication terminal device for readily managing schedule information are provided to manage and store data inputted from various communications units by managing and storing schedule information by using metadata. A mail data extracting part(202) checks whether the registered address registered by the schedule management information is in a mail data extracting unit. A massage data extracting part(204) transmits a short message data to a schedule data generating part and checks whether a transmitting terminal number is the registered number. A voice data extracting part(206) stores schedule information to a schedule information storing part. A schedule data generate part(208) stores the personal information corresponding to meta data in schedule information storing part.
