<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit-matching assisting tool for quantitative injection of medicine by which even a diabetes patient with weak vision can inject necessary quantity of medicine by oneself, and to provide a method for adjusting injection quantity of medicine using the same. <P>SOLUTION: An axial member 24 is moved in the direction (backward direction) opposite to a main body 22 by turning right a gripping member 26 of the insulin injector 21. Next, the axial member 24 is fitted in the recessed portions formed in the support structures 2A of the unit-matching assisting tool 1 for quantitative injection of medicine, and the gripping member 26 is turned left in the turning direction 7, wherein the axial member 24 is moved in the direction (forward direction) of the main body 22. Further, the gripping member 26 is turned left in the turning direction 7 until the support structures 2A are brought into contact with the main body 22 and the gripping member 26, and the axial member 24 is thereby moved forward.
