The system (1) has an annular space (6) extending around an external surface of an annular filtering element (4). An electrical liquid reheating unit (13) is mounted on a case formed by a metallic container (2) and a cover (3), and has an electrical heating element extending in a hollow internal space (5). The space (6) is connected to a conduit, and extends in an upstream zone (10). Another conduit extends in the hollow internal space such that liquid i.e. diesel oil, radially traverses the element from the external surface towards an internal surface for unblocking in a downstream zone (11).
