METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT OF HOUSEHOLD AND INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE

The invention refers to the method of biological elimination of household and industrial sewage by suspended activated sludge. The invention makes feasible automated control of cleaning process with irregular inflow of sewage and undetermined composition of polluting agents. The method includes sewage homogenisation, its activation and activated sludge setting, as well as purification rate control. The novelty of the invention consists in sewage electric resistance measuring before and after cleaning to determine the purification rate and on the base of resistance difference to change the active sludge concentration in sewage activation phase. The proposed installation (fig.1) is featured by presence of probes 1 and 2 for sewage resistance measurement in the activation section A and in sludge setting section C, at that the probes 1 and 2 are connected in adjacent branches of measuring bridge D.
