PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing packaging apparatus capable of surely removing granules at a dispensing part. SOLUTION: The dispensing packaging apparatus has the dispensing part 6 for cutting out the granules fed along an annular recessed channel of a rotary table toward the radial direction of the annular recessed channel by a specified amount, and packages the granules cut out by the dispensing part. The dispensing part has a dispensing plate 31 located above the annular recessed channel and rotatable around a horizontal axis, and longitudinal walls formed in parallel so that they become concentric to one side in the peripheral direction of the dispensing plate and the other side in the peripheral direction of the dispensing plate, respectively. A cleaning part 7 for removing the granules adhering to the dispensing part is formed. In the cleaning part, a removing brush 101 for removing the granules stuck on the longitudinal walls is provided, and the brush of the removing brush comes into contact with wall faces of the longitudinal walls so as to be inclined to the wall faces of the longitudinal walls.
