A device for cutting clothes adhesive tape is provided to achieve uniform cut surface and to minimize the generation of noise in cutting. A device for cutting clothes adhesive tape comprises a power transmission shaft(111) which connects a first belt(112) to a first pulley(113) and is combined with a first and a second fixed plate(103,104) and a first and a second control plate(105,106) in order to rotate freely, a front coupling axis(121) connecting a second belt(115), which is connected to a second pulley(114) connected with the power transmission shaft, to a fourth pulley(122), a rear coupling axis(141) connecting a third belt(117), which is connected to a third pulley(116) combined with the power transmission shaft, to a fifth pulley(142), a rear pulley(143) combined with one side of the rear coupling axis, an upper transfer pulley and a lower transfer pulley(146) positioned in front of the rear pulley, a conveyor belt(144) which transfers supplied cloth, a guide plate(151) guiding the cloth transferred with the conveyor belt, a connection rod for supporting the guide plate, an elastic member(156) for giving elasticity to the guide plate with the torque of the connection rod and holding the upper side of the cloth transferred with the conveyor belt, a lower cutter(123) cutting the cloth transferred with the guide plate and conveyor belt, an upper cutter(135) cooperating with the lower cutter to cut the cloth, and a first and a second control plate moving units which control the movement of the first and the second control plate in order to regulate the cutting width of clothes adhesive tape.
