PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery apparatus that improves the advertising effects of event information delivery.

SOLUTION: The information delivery apparatus comprises: an event information storage part 126 for storing event information including the place and date/time of an event to be held in a predetermined place on a predetermined date/time; a position information reception part 122 for receiving position information representing the current position of a mobile communication terminal 140; a travel time calculation part 136 for calculating a time necessary to travel from the current position of the mobile communication terminal 140 to the event place according to the position information about the mobile communication terminal 140, a delivery time determination part 138 for determining a time to deliver the event information to the mobile communication terminal 140 according to the calculated necessary travel time; and an event information delivery part 130 for delivering the event information to the mobile communication terminal 140 at the delivery time determined by the delivery time determination part 138. The delivery time determination part 138 determines such a delivery time as is before the event date/time at least by the necessary travel time.
