FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: application: for measurement of gas and liquid flows. Turbine flow meter comprises body with metering channel and axial small turbine installed in it and having possibility of rotation and axial shift, inlet and outlet jet rectifiers with fairings, device for small turbine hydrodynamic balancing arranged in the form of shedding bar fixed axisymmetrically in the ribs of inlet jet rectifier upstream small turbine and resistance body (for instance ring), fixed axisymmetrically on small turbine blades opposite to shedding bar, and also unit for signal pickup, at that external diameter of resistance body is more than external diameter of shedding bar. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of hydrodynamic balancing of small turbine in wide range of flows, expansion of measurement range and increase of operational resource. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
