<p>A piezo insert for operating an implant surgical operation is provided, which enhances the success possibility of the implant operation. A piezo insert for operating an implant surgical operation comprises: an insert pole(20) equipped with a water supply passage to which the water is supplied; a plurality of water sprayers which are prepared in the end part of the insert pole in the peripheral direction; and an insert tip(30) equipped with a plurality of link passes connecting a plurality of water sprayers and the water supply passage.
