<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent suction of exhaust air, steam, and oil-smoke generated during cooking outside a vessel, and simultaneously, improve cooling efficiency by making it hard to suck the air after cooling again inside the vessel as well. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker is equipped with a top plate 3 which is positioned on a top plate of the vessel 1, and on which a pan is placed, an induction heating coil 5 which is positioned downward the top plate 3 and carries out induction heating on the pan, a control circuit 12 to control the induction heating coil 5, and a blowing device 14 having a suction port 15 and a blow off port 16 of the air in order to cool the induction heating coil 5 and the control circuit 12. Since a ventilation route 20 from an air inlet 18 to suction the outside air to the suction port 15 installed at the lower face of the vessel 1 is constituted nearly air tight against downstream of the blow off port 16, suction of the exhaust air, the steam, and the oil-smoke generated during cooking outside the vessel 1 can be prevented, and simultaneously, the air after cooling is made hard to be sucked in again, and superior cooling characteristics are obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
