An instant heating type heating system is provided to rotate and discharge circulating water flowed in with a circulating water rotating member equipped between an outer pipe and an inner pipe. An instant heating type heating system comprises a body, a circulating pump and a heater(25). The body includes an outer pipe(10) having an inlet port(11) and an inner pipe(15) located in the inner side of outer pipe. A heating rod(26) of the heater is inserted into the inner pipe. The heater and the circulating pump are controlled by a controlling part which is installed in the out side of body. A circulating water rotating member is equipped between the outer pipe and inner pipe. The circulating water rotating member transmits circulating water, flowed in through the inlet port, to the inner pipe.
