PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer device, permitting accurate positioning of a panel board and a rear cover to be firmly fixed and improvement of efficiency in the assembly work. SOLUTION: This drawer device is so constructed that a panel board 26 is fitted to the front of a rear cover 29 fixed or removably fitted to the front end of a body part having an article storing part. At least one projecting part 12 provided with a female thread portion 13 is formed on the rear face of the panel board 26, a bolt hole 15 is formed at a position opposite to the female thread portion 13 in a rear plate 29a of the rear cover 29, a spacer 14 is interposed between the projecting part 12 and the bolt hole 15, and a bolt 16 is threadedly engaged with the female thread portion 13 of the panel board 26 through the bolt hole 15, thereby fitting the panel board 26 to the front of the rear cover 29.
