PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide information generating apparatus, a route guidance apparatus, and a computer program, for improving the flexibility and enhancement of route guidance. SOLUTION: The guide information generating apparatus is provided with: a coordinate information receiving means; a specification receiving means; an attribute information receiving means; and a guide information generating means. The coordinate information receiving means receives a plurality of items of coordinate information including latitude and longitude in an order-specifiable mode from users. The specification receiving means receives the specification of points or sections on a route determined on the basis of the plurality of items of coordinate information and their order from users. The attribute information receiving means receives attribute information related to the points or the sections on the route from users. The guide information generating means generates guide information in which the plurality of items of coordinate information are recorded in the order-specifiable mode and in which the attribute information is recorded in such a mode that the points or the sections on the route are specifiable.
