PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of easily conducting operation to assemble a plurality of balls 4, 4 between double row outer ring raceways 6, 6 and double row inner raceways 7, 7, respectively. SOLUTION: An axial distance P between centers of both rows of balls 4, 4 is arranged to be longer than diameters Da of these balls 4, 4 and shorter than 1.25 times of the diameters Da of these balls 4, 4. Since both the rows of balls 4, 4 can be assembled in a ring-like space between the inner circumferential surface of an outer ring 2a and the outer circumferential surface of an inner ring 3a from an axial side, the problem can be solved.
