PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load from acting on a bellows pipe provided on an exhaust pipe in the expansion and contraction direction, and to prevent the bellows pipe from being damaged. SOLUTION: The bellows pipe 15 provided in the middle of the exhaust pipe 14 is constituted so that it is disposed so as to be inclined to axial directions of three axes (X axis, Y axis, and Z axis) of an exhaust outlet 10A of a supercharger 10 at an engine 8 side. Therefore, even if a hydraulic shovel 1 vibrates and the engine 8 (supercharger 10) vibrates with respect to a post processing device 16, the inclined bellows pipe 15 can be deformed in the easily deformable bending direction. Even if a load for expanding and contracting the bellows pipe 15 acts, the load at this time can be dispersed to the axial directions of the three axes of the exhaust outlet, and replaced to deformation in the bending direction, so that a life of the bellows pipe 15 can be extended.
