<p>A reduced-pressure drying device is provided to dry an object evenly while preserving the natural taste and flavor of agricultural product and marine product. A reduced-pressure drying device comprises a mixing chamber(1), a drying chamber(2), and a controller(3). The mixing chamber includes a ventilation fan(11) which circulates the air flowing in while mixing the air, a first and a second blowhole(13) which are positioned on the bottom and top of the mixing chamber in order to inhale the air within the drying chamber, mix the inhaled air with the outside air and force the mixed air into the drying chamber, an outside air inlet(14) for inhaling the outside air into the mixing chamber, and an air control valve(15) which is positioned on one side of the outside air inlet in order to control the air inflow amount. The drying chamber includes two temperature sensors(21) equipped on the top, an air circulation plate(22) formed inside, a loading groove(24) loading objects to be dried, a vent(23) discharging the air including a large quantity of moisture, and a discharge pipe(27) and a discharge pump(26) connected to the vent. The controller regulates the discharge pump and the number of rotation of the ventilation fan.</p> |
