PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new synergistical herbicide composition containing a combination of herbicides suitable for selectively controlling a weed in cultivating a crop. SOLUTION: The herbicide composition contains aRS, 1'S(-)-N-(1'-methyl-2'-methoxyethyl)-N-chloroacetyl-2-ethyl-6-methylaniline and (1S, aRS)-2-chloro-N-(2,4-dimethyl-3-thienyl)-N-(2-methoxy-1-methylethyl)acetamide which are each an optical isomer and a synergistically effective amount of isoxaflutole besides an ordinary inactive drug product assistant.
