There is provided a skin material with a substrate (20) and a polymeric layer (10). The polymeric layer has a first surface adhering to the substrate and a second surface being exposed to the outside and formed with fine recesses. The fine recesses have a depth (S3) of 30 to 130 ¼m and a projected area ratio of 5 to 20% with respect to the total projected area of the second surface of the polymeric layer.
