A method for preparing a powder cosmetic product, and an apparatus for preparing a powder cosmetic product are provided to allow the gradation powder cosmetic product whose color changes gradually to be manufactured automatically and massively. A method for preparing a powder cosmetic product comprises the steps of injecting the powders of different color into a mixing discharge unit with increasing the injection amount per time of the powder of one color gradually and with decreasing the injection amount per time of the powder of the other color gradually; mixing the injected powders of different color simultaneously with the injection to discharge it in real time; and filling the discharged powder into a powder container(110) moving in one direction.
