摘要 FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying method of dispersed materials, and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Non carry-over drying device consists of a drying chamber with wet material or solution sprayers, a fan, and waste drying agent cleaning system. At that the drying chamber consists of a cylindrical body, a porous shell which is located coaxially therein and forms free space for uniform passage of drying agent inside the shell. Shell material is made on the basis of aluminium-containing alloys with their subsequent being filled in with titanium hydride or air with density of 0.5...0.9 kg/m3 with the following strength properties: compression strength is 5...10 MPa, bending strength is 10...20 MPa, and dry material discharged through a discharge device - through a silo and lock gate; at that in order to discharge drying agent from the shell, there provided is a rotary hollow porous cylinder connected by means of shaft with a drive located on the cover; at that porous cylinder is made from stiff porous material, for example foam aluminium or metal ceramic, or metal polyurethane foam with degree of porosity within the optimum values of 30...45%. In this case wet material or solution can be supplied with several sprayers uniformly arranged throughout the shell section, and drying medium through the space under upper cover leaves the device on the outlet whereof there installed is an acoustic plant meant for catching medium-dispersed particles which is connected with cyclone which is in its turn connected with discharge device. At that optimum parameters for acoustic processing in acoustic plant with particle concentration in the flow not less than 2 g/m3 are as follows: sound pressure level is 145...150 dB, vibration process frequency is 900...1100 Hz, and insonation time is 1.0...2 sec, and sprayers are made in the form of acoustic atomisers, each of which consists of a body with an inside located ultrasonic generator in the form of a nozzle and ring resonance chamber. At that body is made in the form of a vertically located cylindrical sleeve, in upper part whereof there arranged is an air supply tube, and normal to its axis there located is a liquid supply tube, at that inside the body, coaxially therewith there rigidly arranged is a sleeve with upper and lower flanges, besides lower flange is rigidly fixed in a groove made in the body, and inside the sleeve coaxially therewith there arranged is ring resonance chamber made in the form of a cup with conical surface. At that the cup is pressed on a pin with diameter d of resonance chamber, and in its tail end arranged are locking disks made in the form of elastic lobes interacting with sleeve internal surface. In lower flange there located is at least one nozzle at an angle of 20°/40° to resonance chamber axis, at that continued part of nozzle axis lies on the circle located in the central part of conical surface, and on the sleeve internal surface there made are coaxial conical and cylindrical holes. ^ EFFECT: improving drying capacity. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
