A double layer pipe for volatile organic compound combustion device is provided to remove the need of a preheating chamber and improve the combustion efficiency of VOC by efficiently using waste heat of the VOC combustion gas. A double layer pipe for volatile organic compound combustion device comprises a VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) supply pipe, a combustion chamber in which the supplied VOC, the air and LNG gas are burnt, and an exhaust pipe. The combustion chamber includes an inner pipe(141a) introducing the VOC supplied from the VOC supply pipe, an outer pipe(141b) positioned outside of the inner pipe to form a flow channel and heat-exchanged with the VOC in the inner pipe so that the VOC is preheated, and a heat radiating member(141c) which delivers the heat of the combustion gas from the outer pipe to the inner pipe. |
