<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate two-phase triangular waves whose frequencies and peak values are the same, and whose phases are mutually reverse. <P>SOLUTION: Triangular wave oscillation circuits 102A, 102B generate two waves A and B, which are of reverse phases, respectively and are constituted so that oscillation levels of A and B waves can be controlled independently. A slope switching circuit has an output voltage supervising circuit 106, a slope-switching control circuit 118, and an inverter 119, and supervises output voltage of two triangular wave oscillation circuits. When either of the triangular waves reaches a high level Vh, the switching circuit switches the corresponding output voltage generation mode of the triangular wave oscillation circuit, from an up-slope waveform mode to a down-slope waveform mode, and also switches the output voltage generation mode of another triangular wave oscillation circuit from the down-slope waveform mode to the up-slope waveform mode. An oscillation level control circuit 107 controls an oscillation level of another triangular wave oscillation circuit so that the output voltage of another triangular wave oscillation circuit becomes a lower-limit wave height value switching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
