摘要 As in DT 2017735, fine-milled, full-fat soya meal is added to spice extracts. Pref. the quantity of meal is twice to four times the amt., based on the essential oil content of the extracts. The meal has an antioxidant action, and 97-99.5 pts. of it are mixed with 0.5-3 pts. of a conventional emulsifier such as lecithin.
