PURPOSE:A high-productivity and high-production heat radiating panel production method in which heat sources are covered with a heat transfer sheet in a casing, this plate is made to contact with the heat source by the expanding pressure of expanding resin and thus, troublesome operation of bringing the plate to contact with the sources is eliminated.
