PURPOSE:To reduce uneven revolution and enable to do mass production of high capacity brushless motor, by magnetizing rotor magnet member, using position fixing mean, after prefixing the rotor magnet member and indicating position of revolution position. CONSTITUTION:Rotor magnet 13 of cylindrical shape and short ring 14 which is composed of electro-conductive material are fixed on the inner suface wall of revolving magnetic body magnet case 12, and rotor and indicating part of revolving position are formed. On the other hand, detecting mean of revolution position by magnetic body position signal detecting projection 20 in which many pieces of silicon steeel plates that have driving winding 16 by corresponding to magnet 13 are integrated and a plurality number of sets 19 of primary coils and secondery coils are wound by facing to stator 17 and opening part 18 of ring 14 is fixed on housing 15. And, phase relation between the opening part 18 of the ring 14 and magnetized pole of the magnet 13 can be obtaind by pilot hole 21 which is provided by corresponding to the position of the opening part 18 on the ring 14, and therefore, little uneven revolution motor of high capacity can be obtained. |
