PURPOSE:To enable a tracking analysis without detecting a synchronous pulse from a rotor by varying center frequencies of band pass filters continuously interlocking them and outputting a specific output signal as analysis signal at the time when three requirements are met simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:When a signal 100 to be measured is inputted into a filter section 30 from a rotor, output signal VL, VC and VH of band pass filters BPF1 f1-BPF3f3 are outputted to a comparator section 40 from the filter section 30. A comparative judgement is done on whether the three requirements VC>VL, VC>VH and VL VH are met simultaneously from the output signal level of these BPFs. When they are met, a judgement signal 80 is outputted to an output section 90 and the frequency component of the signal being measured passing through the BPF2f2 in the filter section 30 is outputted as analysis signal 300 of the rotor at the point. On the other hand, when these three requirements are not met simultaneously at the comparator section 40, the center frequencies f1-f3 are changed continuously interlocking them. |
