<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely suppress the vibration of a motor even if a fluctuation occurs in the speed detected by a speed detector. <P>SOLUTION: This motor controller is provided with the speed detector 3 for detecting the speed of the motor 1 and controlling the motor with the speed command obtained from the speed command unit 2 the detected speed fed back from the speed detector. Further, the controller comprises an absolute position detection part 8 for detecting an absolute position of the motor from the detected speed of the speed detector; a FFT calculation part 9 for calculating a speed change component, based on the detected speed of the speed detector and the absolute position detected by the absolute position detection part; and a speed compensation part 10 for inversely transforming the speed change component calculated by the FFT calculation part 9, and fetching the inversely transformed speed change component to compensate for the change component of the detected speed of the speed detector with the inversely transformed speed change component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
