<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connection tool for a low-voltage cable capable of preventing damaged connection and incomplete connection by surely absorbing thermal expansion, if any, caused by heat generation. <P>SOLUTION: The connection tool for a low-voltage cable includes a female terminal in which a conductor compression fixing cylinder capable of compressing and fixing by inserting a sticking-out conductor at an end of the low-voltage cable is formed at one end and a terminal inserting hole is formed on the other end and a screw section is formed on its outer peripheral section, a male terminal in which the conductor compression fixing cylinder capable of compressing and fixing by inserting the sticking-out conductor at the end of the low-voltage cable is formed on one end and a stick-like terminal inserted into the terminal inserting hole of the female terminal is formed on the other end, a shrinkable spacer, which is arranged on a base section or pointed head of the stick-like terminal of the male terminal, capable of performing positioning at the time of mounting, and a nut slidably moving on the conductor compression fixing cylinder of the male terminal and being locked on a locking section arranged on the male terminal and being engaged with the screw section of the female terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
