PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to relatively recognize a cost and a time required for image outputting of a selected document from a color output page number and a black-and-white output page number of the selected document in the case of outputting image information stored in a user designated region.

SOLUTION: Document information developed by a controller 110 from PDL data received from a host computer 401, 402 or the like is stored in a user region secured in a user designated HD drive 160. In the case of outputting the document information, the controller 110 generates a document attribute of each page. A document selection screen including the color output page number and the black-and-white output page number in the document is displayed in accordance with the generated document attributes at an operation part 150.
