PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive road traffic information signals multiplexed by FM broadcast using an IC FM tuner for mobile usage, and to improve an absolute signal-to-noise ratio and level deterioration in voice bands. SOLUTION: The FM tuner 2 for receiving FM multiplex broadcast signals is configured with an integrated circuit for mobile devices, and a band pass filter 3 for selecting road traffic information signals contained in FM multiplex broadcast signals is connected at an FM detection output end of the FM tuner 2. The band pass filter 3 employs a configuration where an amplifying circuit 4 is connected to the band pass filter 3 for amplifying the road traffic information signals selected by the band pass filter 3.
