PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cutting frozen meat, which can accurately and stably cut the frozen meat, and can easily supply the frozen meat on a carrying table and can take out the frozen meat during cutting, and can reduce noise. SOLUTION: A frozen meat cutting unit 1 is composed of a cylindrical body 2 for cutting the frozen meat, a motor for turning the cylindrical body 2, a carrying table 7 for mounting the frozen meat thereon, and a pressing plate 11 for pressing the frozen meat against the cylindrical body 2. The cutting unit 1 is swingably supported on a frame 13 so as to move between the working position for cutting the frozen meat and the supply position of the frozen meat, at which supply position, the carrying table 7 is lower than the working position.
