The system has a remote data processing unit (4) including decoding units decoding medical data e.g. identification code of a concerned practitioner (C) and an oxygenodependant patient (B), from a local data entering device (1). The unit (4) has display units that display and analyze the medical data, and transferring units that transfer reports relative to decrypted data, to the practitioner. A remote data controlling unit (5) is managed by the practitioner and has units for visualizing, analyzing and issuing the received reports.
