<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial bearing in which a supplied amount of lubricant supplied by centrifugal lubrication is distributed and controlled so as to supply an optimal amount corresponding to respective lubrication sections, a thrust bearing, a transmission, and a half toroidal type continuously variable transmission. <P>SOLUTION: In the radial bearing 10 having an inner ring 11, an outer ring 12, a plurality of rolling bodies 13 arranged between the inner ring 11 and outer ring 12, and a retainer 14 forming a plurality of pockets 15 penetrating in the radial direction and rotatably displacing the rolling bodies 13 in the plurality of pockets 15, at least one end of the retainer 14 is formed so that its axial length is changed at phase angles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
