PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for sampling a cultured cell aseptically sampling a cultured cell liquid without using a pump and leaving no cultured cell liquid in a sample collection tube in sampling. SOLUTION: When a cultured cell liquid 12 in a culture vessel 10 during cell culture is sampled to a plurality of sample containers 20, the sample collection tube 22 is provided in the culture vessel 10 so as to face the cultured cell liquid 12 while placing the other end of the sample collection tube 22 facing the sample container 20 to be sampled. An oxygen-containing gas 13 is introduced into the cultured cell liquid 12 to pressurize the inside of the culture vessel 10 and transfer the cultured cell liquid 12 through the sample collection tube 22 into the sample vessel 20 and, after completing the sampling, the pressure in the culture vessel 10 is reduced to recover the cultured cell liquid 12 remaining in the sample collection tube 22 into the culture vessel 10.
