<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting apparatus with which the casting apparatus is used for V process (Vacuum Sealed Molding Process) casting method and the cooling of a cast product can be promoted and the time till separating from a mold in comparison with the conventional apparatus is shortened and the production capacity of the product can be improved, and the casting apparatus which can improve the strength of the cast product. <P>SOLUTION: The casting apparatus relating to this invention, is the one used for V process casting method, and is provided with a sand mold, in which a formed film is closely fitted on the surface formed with a cavity, and a protecting film is closely fitted on the mold outer surface and as upper mold and a lower mold formed with casting sand, a reduced-pressure device, in which the pressure in the inner part of the sand mold is reduced ; and the plurality of gas-supplying tubes, in which the outer part and the inner part of the sand mold are communicated. The above gas-supplying tubes are extended to the outer part of the sand mold by preventing the protecting film at one end side and disposed by reaching near the cavity without penetrating the forming film at the other end side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
