PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant tomb structure capable of remarkably increasing the earthquake resistance of a tomb, enabling a reduction in the manufacturing cost of the tomb, enabling the tomb to be constructed without impairing aesthetic appearance, and also capable of easily increasing the earthquake resistance of an existing tomb. SOLUTION: This earthquake-resistant tomb structure includes a bottom plate used as the foundation stone of a tomb, a cinerary compartment surrounded by four wall surfaces and having a door at the front, a gable roof covering the cinerary compartment, a hood projecting to the front forward of the cinerary compartment, and columns and a pedestal supporting the hood. Columnar earthquake-resistant members 7 are installed at the corner parts inside or/and outside the cinerary compartment.
